According to Lifehacker this is a utility to analyze and improve start-up time.
I am about to take it for a spin.
I just went to their website and it looks like you sign up and they then send you an invitation to join, so I can't install it yet.UPDATE: I have now instaled and tried on three PC's. It world very well. IN all cases the most time-lagging apps were items Soluto recommended NOT removing from bot but I definitely saved of some time and it gives you a good picture of what happens as boot.
