Integrate Google Docs into Microsoft Office

I haven’t used it yet, but I saw the extra tab inside MS Word when I opened it up.

*Postscript:  
I have had some problems with Word 2010 Beta and the error message said it had something to to with Offisync.  I'm not sure if that was actually the problem, but I uninstalled it anyway.  Also there are some quirks with formatting not carrying over into the GDocs version of the document and the sync - I think - only workds from the desktop doc to the web and NOT the other way around.
